The project file is Unicode now. The user can't open any new file with older ANSI versions of the software, Unicode only.
ANSI edition of the tool is no longer supported. Please use Unicode one and change output format to UTF-8 if necessary
The output file enumeration changed. First file is now 1.xml instead of 0.xml.
